right go on about. If there isn’t stability where refugees can put down routes how are they supposed to become part of our communities? Yes, many will want to (and will) return to their homeland once it is safe to do so and there is nothing wrong with that either.

Labour also seem to fail to realise that no matter what they do they will not win over die hard Reform voters. They’re chasing their voters away in the hope of winning voters who will never vote for them. They’re splitting the left vote between the Greens & Lib Dems almost guaranteeing a Reform govt

I recently resigned my membership of Labour because of its abject failure to do what the Labour should be doing. On far too many occasions the words being uttered from the dispatch box by ministers in this government are no different to those of ministers from the last.

someone has been able to send you a photo or scan of a person's photo ID does not mean that you are actually corresponding with that person.

For example, bad actors may be known to the data subject and have access to the data subject's passport/driving licence to be able to send a photo or scan of it easily (perhaps an abusive partner seeking disclosure of personal data to further their coercive control of the data subject). I should have said that such a Bill wouldn't "unduly" affect the rights and privileges of anyone else. It would affect the rights of Sarah Ferguson, but she is equally disgraced in light of certain recent revelations and is, in any event, going to stop using the title of Duchess of York.

Sarah Ferguson is divorced from him and while she has the right, as a divorcee, to continue using the style of Duchess of York she isn’t currently married to him and is equally disgraced in any event.

Such a Bill wouldn’t affect the rights and privileges of anyone else. Neither of his daughters can inherit the titles; they’ve both married and (in line with custom) taken the names of their husbands. There doesn’t seem to be any good reason why such a Bill can’t or shouldn’t be introduced.

Indeed; there may well be issues around whether the sentimental value of a pet dog (or, indeed, any pet) is properly taken into account in sentencing. However, that issue can be better addressed in other ways rather than simply legislating to making something a criminal that is already criminal.
