More than 500 UN staff member have urged its human rights chief to describe the Gaza conflict as a genocide.

It's been clear for a long time that Netanyahu's regime is genocidal.

But our government still refuses to call it what it is and take action to stop it.

So we hear Angela Rayner has been giving Rachel Reeves ideas on how to change the tax system...

Here's one: how about a wealth tax on the super rich?

The UK's 50 richest families hold more wealth than 50% of the population. No more cruel cuts. It's time to tax wealth fairly.

Keir Starmer echoed the language of infamous racist Enoch Powell in his speech on migration.

Language has consequences and the Prime Minister's words will only serve to make many people in the UK less safe.

The Green Party will always tell the positive story of migration.

Making the UK's windfall tax on oil and gas companies permanent would raise enough money to fund the just transition away from fossil fuels and create the high-quality green jobs of the future.

At least 12% of Britain’s annual military budget is spent on its failing nuclear weapons programme – weapons, that if they are ever used, means the end of humanity. Polling shows people don't want more austerity to fund warfare.

Since Labour took office, 10,000 more children have been plunged into poverty by the refusal to scrap the two-child benefit cap.

Increasing military spending while millions of children go hungry is not a tough decision. It’s the wrong decision.

Thames Water have been allowed to add another £3 billion to their existing £19 billion of debt.

They've run up this bill by paying out huge amounts to bosses and shareholders instead of investing in our water infrastructure.

It's time for water to be run for people, not profit.

The resilience of the Palestinian people will not be broken — and nor will our solidarity.

We will be here for as long as it takes until there is a free and independent Palestine.

The government was right to welcome Ukrainian refugees fleeing war.

There is only one reason that people in Gaza, displaced by a genocide that our government abetted, are treated differently.

That reason is anti-Palestinian racism.
