Depression is not just being "sad" and wanting to not be alive. It is, for example:

Brushing your teeth and taking care of your hair is usually the first thing to go. Then goes showering. You stop cleaning your environment, trash piles up, bugs come to visit. You start eating and drinking only the bare minimum, or you overindulge to numb the pain

And before you know it, you let yourself go and live in squalor, not because you don't care. You do, deeply so. But your mind won't let you take care of yourself

Instead, you just lie in bed all day waiting for the days to go by as your mind screams at you with shame and guilt about everything. But your body and mind are paralyzed, keeping you tethered down to the mattress, unable to fix anything without assistance

I got my first pentakill in league today 😊

Me (pink dragon) and enemy Katarina (red haired woman) were friendly to each other at the beginning. Played my heart out, got a Quadrakill. Katarina and my own team were super nice, gave me my first penta and 6 honors at the end!
