Have you considered putting your content up on Nebula ? I haven't been there long, but it feels like your videos would fit right in.
And it does give a nice breathing space away from algorithmics.

I dunno about feet exercises, but many exercises that require you to shift weight side to side or front to back while standing up will make your foot arches stronger, sometimes to the point of changing their shape
