Interesting study. This concept of pacing for HFpEF is gaining interest and clinical data. Here is the myPACE RCT from a few years ago suggesting some subjective and objective improvements with tailored pacing rates instead of just 60 base rate. jamanetwork.com/journals/jam...

Agree with comments by @apfenniger.bsky.social for adults. I am curious as if this differs for pediatrics. I think the real issue you are raising is how to determine need for OAC in situations where AT vs AFL are unclear and how rate influences this decision.
