What is it?

Why is no-one in gov't stopping this? I am so disheartened and trying to navigate how this will impact my elderly, family etc. Like I need a bigger house. UGH. To house those that will if this all goes thru- be unhoused.

People don't get it- all it is is opening up the pool to everyone- and you still have to pass the certifications for whatever job you are seeking. It's creating a more talented pool of people, not less. UGH.

We are and I struggle with how to stop it. Contact your senators/congressmen/women but ???? nothing is being done. Or are things being done and they're just not being talked about. I have hope- that this is just temporary but I think I need to rethink that.

I need to escape into a book this week -

I remember watching the Celtics win in the '80s and never had watched basketball before just to get to know Karl N. when I was in 8th grade art class. On a tiny black and white TV- were didn't have color TV in my house. LOL.

Remain calm, be kind and be merciful and breathe. Navigating this as a mom to 2 lgbtq youth (my kids but ADULTS- 18-21) is scary. Plus- our community is full of brown/black people that are living in fear even if they are documented. Be kind. It takes just a second to be KIND.

Do you have access for those age 18- not 19 - whose doctors are now forced to NOT provide gender affirming care to them including hormone meds. These "kids" yet adults will have dramatic side effects with no meds.

We must stay strong for our kids, adults, selves. My kids (now adults 18, 20, 21) utilized crash course for the 6 yrs we homeschooled - they learned so much from the channel. Stay strong for LGBTQ youth- particularly now that age 18-19 is NOT provided affirming care as of Tuesday. We got the call.
