I made a ebook that helps women create sustainable habits to achieve their weight loss goals. I took what I learned after losing 100 lbs over 4 year period and found a way to help others. Two years of revising fonts and ideas. But I have no clue how to sell it?? Like grow up.

My 37th birthday was amazing! This past year was a hard one mentally. But this weekend overall has made me realize how loved I am. I was told in phone calls and texts how much I’m appreciated and how proud my friends and family are of me. Carrying that energy with me through Chapter 37❤️
