This is interesting! How to make integrity/media literacy fun? Can we gamify/reward mutual acceptance of a truth? (Maybe a very broad truth and then narrow it from there.)

Filter bubbles might be vulnerable *because* social media is global. GDPR affected almost the entire internet; there could be similar legislation that brings back the Fairness Doctrine/something like Ground News' approach. If America won't/can't do it, maybe the EU can pull it off.

“There’s no point to calling because my senators won’t listen”

These are both false information and you should correct and/or block anyone circulating them. Your calls are tallied and create support and/or real pressure.

[Spoiler: Gladiator II] The theme was readily available--but beyond the wife, we rarely got to grieve characters or feel their absence.

One possible change: What if the final speech was less about the Big Idea (the dream of Rome), and more about the people who deserved to survive to fill it?

[Spoiler: Gladiator II] For example, the bait-and-switch of afterlife wifely reunification successfully subverted expectations, but failed in emotional payoff. Not that you *need* a fridged wife for that, but it left a hole. Instead, I wish the movie had focused on the loneliness of the sole victor.
