The Short Breaks Cooperative is a new idea, led by carers but supported by professionals, to make it easier for families of people with learning disabilities to take regular, affordable breaks.

Carers shape the vision.

We are currently working with the University of South Wales and Marie Curie on the Ready Study, looking at gathering evidence through experience to improve end of life care for people with learning disabilities
