Überspitzt stimmt das wohl. Selbst dann wird es keinen Frieden geben, denn Russland ist kriegsgeil: es bereitet ihnen Freude zu zerstören und zu morden. Sie sind sich ihrer eigenen Bedeutungslosigkeit auf dieser Welt bewusst und suchen nach Ersatzbefriedigung.

'They tell their public...' says it all. He thinks that common people like us cannot think by ourselves and act and think independently from what being told. That is his thinking how the masses can be manipulated. He has no clue about the reality of our society.
