A composer who analyzes music on YouTube did one of my tracks. I did request it directly though; not like he would have found it on his own! :D I definitely recommend checking out more of his videos. Like the one on Pink Floyd Echoes is a good one!

I've used macOS Linux and windows. And some other old ones like the Commodore 64. OSX wins hands down. Almost everything is easier to do.
