Even then, I still don’t know why they thought the desert was okay; they barely put anything in it to begin with. Some ruins to ride on for some items would’ve been nice. Overall, the game is fine. I don’t see myself wanting to go back to it anytime soon, unlike when I beat Prime 1, though.

…a central hub with individual linear hallways (kinda like Hunters), and as a Metroid game I personally find that to be less interesting. The bike was also completely unnecessary. Nothing interesting is actually done with it. It feels like it just exists to justify the desert area. -Cont.

I’d say this games strongest points are it’s soundtrack and overall gameplay. Actually moving around, shooting, and platforming is great. Bosses are wonderful, as well. Its biggest problem is level design. Instead of an interconnected web of areas (like Prime 1) it’s really just… -Cont.
