I've been thinking for a long time about what Asteria would do on the future, and even though I don't think she'd like to have kids herself, she'd love to start an orphanage to protect those poor kids she met on her journey... #ffxivart
When she got older, Asteria started adopting orphans she met on her adventures so she decided to build a proper home for them. Due most of the Scions were orphans themselves, of course they loved the idea. Small drawing of an older Asteria surrounded by kids of different races, they look like a happy family! Raha worked on the Studium but he lived with Asteria and the kids on the orphanage. And of course, he was their main teacher too, but what the kids loved the most was listening to his stories and adventures. Both girls are super into the story Estinien kept travelling and he brought Asteria every orphan he met who needed help. Estinien bringing a small kid with a "there" and Asteria replying: Another one, Estinien? You know you can visit us without bringing more kids, right? Aunt Alisaie was the favorite one for most of the kids. Alisaie is playing with wooden swords with a small miqo'te saying "Not bad, kid", meanwhile a hrothgar kid is shouting I'M NEXT, I'M NEXT!

day 15 De facto, we are now travelling together. Unlike our travels in Shaaloani, they either feel no compulsion or no desire to make conversation. I wanted to run but somehow, perhaps due to their Echo, I knew their fear of me leaving was far greater than their discomfort with my staying. They remained in my arms until sunrise, seemingly finding comfort in the slow beating of my Shetona heart.
