More clarity regarding USAID expenditures. Much more forensic auditing needs to be done. People need to stop muddying the water with unsubstantiated stories.

Always worth listening to. I’ve been listening for … fifteen years now? An out-of-the-box podcast from the guy who actually invented podcasting and the guy who complained there was no evidence people would ever use a mouse when the first Mac was released. A must-listen, and you must do at least 5 …

In NYC, I'm surprised he wasn't sent to jail for defending innocent people this time. Pleasantly surprised. Maybe there is a shift towards actual justice--even from New York juries.

A friend of mine’s in-laws got caught in a crypto scam (not the Hawk Tuah I don’t think) and set up a GoFundMe to raise cash to pay the basic bills since apparently their cash is frozen. Anyway, he asked us to share the link: www.gofundme.com/f/help-retir...

He explains a little more there.

I recommend going to the actual post and then reading the comments. If the only lessons Democrats and the left have drawn from the election are like those comments (Americans are sexist, racist and stupid, and let’s never talk to them), then we will be electing president JD Vance in 2028.

I thought this was a thoughtful take on the Biden pardon. I know the author and was surprised to find that, like me, though not a fan of Biden, he was not overly upset over the pardon.

This is good news for me. Published next to nothing, written well over a million words, almost nothing completed in the past 35 years. Well, mostly finished one book but it’s part of a series so it’s also not done technically.
Writers: yes, you are still a "real" writer if you
- have never published anything
- have no readers
- didn't write anything this month
- didn't write anything this year
- can't articulate words anymore
- can only float and mournfully wail
- were murdered ten years ago on this very spot

I find the critical comments on this post interesting, as the primary criticism is accusing Charlie Cooke, the author, of thinking things he definitely does not think. Also accuses him of being a Trump supporter, which he definitely is not.
