Ich (ohne chronische Krankheit, aber mit Bedürfnis nach Me-Time und Schlaf) teile mir Tagungen immer so ein, dass ich nur die Vorträge besuche, die mich wirklich interessieren. In den Pausen suche ich mir Gesprächspartner*innen nach Sympathie, nicht strategisch. Damit geht es mir am besten.
