We need strict donation limits and we need to ban lobbying which is in essence legalised bribery by the rich for access to our policians to push policy which would benefit them financially or otherwise.

This shows that now more than ever, we need to be demanding an immediate wealth tax. 3/3

Nobody is labelling any individual voters as haters, you seem to be missing the point. I was saying the platform and policies Reform stands on and pushes out are divisive and hateful and that is objectively a fact.

These cuts will impact the most vulnerable in our community and we need to send a clear message to the Greens that our libraries should not be on the chopping block.🌹

Many people don't realise that libraries don't only let you borrow books but also movies and even newspapers! Most importantly you can also meet your local councillors there ;)

It's clear this isn't the green, progressive governance our city was promised. Labour as the opposition will continue to fight for a fairer budget that protects vital services and prioritises those who need help the most.

Community Information Sessions

The council are holding a series of community information sessions to inform people who are considering putting in Stage 1 forms about the CIL and S106 funds, what they are, and what needs to be considered in the Stage 1 form.

The deadline to submit all Stage 1 forms from your ward, signed off with ‘in principle’ support from your local councillors, is 28th February 2025. Please send to [email protected], as Frome Vale sits within Area Committee 5, along with Eastville, Hillfields, and Lockleaze wards.
