It wasn't exactly a "safe" intervention - caught Covid while in hospital which apparently resulted in 2 episodes of aphasia (11/4, 11/6) & was told that at 86 was lucky to recover form both episodes. But no research on this? No treatment?

Caught Covid in hospital in November 2024, had avoided outside hospital! Had 2 episodes of aphasia (11/4, 11/6) which ER docs indicated related to Covid. At 86, told was lucky to have recovered. Recently doc told me no treatment, effects expected to wane over time. Research!!!

I'm thinking intellectual property rights represent an aspect of capitalism which limits the sharing of knowledge and thus limits collaboration in producing new or different patterns of thinking. Might AI have a more accurate data base to use if sharing of new or different knowledge was free to all?

About 7 years old, humans develop the cognitive ability to think about own's own thoughts, but to evaluate one's thinking, doesn't a human have to learn the process labeled "critical thinking"? Have our public schools failed in teaching "critical thinking" to evaluate patterns of thinking?

Gators? I was there when Steve Spurrier was quarterback. Earned 3 of my 4 degrees from UF Gainesville, last one being PhD in Higher Education, Spring '83 - long, long ago!

Biden took the Presidential Oath of Office swearing to defend the U.S. Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic - I sent him a message reminding him of this oath, urging him to charge Trump with treason or some other crime, arrest & jail & try him NOW - 1/20/2025 too late!!!

From a gay person who has been in a gay relationship for 40 years and legally married since 6/17/2007, we protested for the SCOTUS to give gay persons equal rights with non-gay persons. We are not inferior to heterosexuals - we are humans loving other humans.

Congratulations on your becoming a homeowner instead of a renter! At 86, my spouse, Raymond, and I now live in a 4 BR, 3.5 bath home mortgage free because we've been homeowners since 1984 - in selling each home we invested in another - we haven't rented since 1984!
