The VBA had two days advanced appropriations and cemetery had 11 this time.

Usually advanced appropriations are given thru a continuing resolution earlier in the previous FY. I was told that didn’t happen but just found more info saying it possibly did. The previous shut down we were fine due to the CR advanced appropriations

The funding hasn’t been approved. If it’s for a year why are people furloughed? They don’t have funds appropriated for a year.

In the event of a shutdown, The VBA (Vet Benefit Admin) had appropriated 2 days of funds, VCA (Vet Cemetery Admin) had appropriated 11 days. How many does the VHA have? (Vet Health Admin) No one has given us a clear number. They say we will get paid but for how long? Why no clear answer? 👀
