I would recommend the Canon 70-300mm f4-5.6 IS zoom lens, because it has image stabilization (almost essential for a long lens) and is optically superior to the previous 75-300mm lenses. Less expensive would be the EFS Canon 50-250IS. Both can be used on Canon mirrorless with an adaptor.
