This is so poorly written omg but hopefully y'all get what I'm saying 😭
Had a work meeting with the only other black woman in the company and omg it was so nice and VALIDATING to 1) finally not be the only one in the workplace and 2) talk about our work issues and getting empathy instead of telling me to just shut up and deal with it and not cause problems

My job expanded my role but can't give me a straight answer about a pay raise but dumped an insane amount of work on me in the first week in this "new role" wtf dude
