Of course! For example in Tahitian, "'ite" can mean "to know" but also "knowledge" or "someone who knows", and context helps determining the actual instantiation of the concept. They also have a determinant "Te" that just instantiate a substantive, without making it a noun or verb.

Hi! Computational linguist here. Most 'substantive' concepts can be made nouns, verbs, adjectives or adverbs to fit the representation intent. Some languages make it easy to blur the line (as Tagalog or Tahitian). You made me wonder if languages influence the perception of pain.
