And yes, they should be swapping for an older 777; JAL should put aside passenger experience (and the 777s still aren’t even that bad) when people are overseas and can’t get home.

On another note, I really won’t be surprised if their 11th A35K delivery gets delayed. Scheduled delivery is by March, still no movement/sighting for MSN 756 at Airbus as of today.
