Honestly, seeing art that isn't the polished finished product is amazing nowadays. I love seeing the messy thumbnail process, and how much work goes into a piece that most folks don't realize is an important step. Thank you for sharing these!

Good on ya. I at least got some stationary exercises to do to help ease my pain, and I got a yoga YouTube channel recommendation from an art friend. Def worth it in the long run. Glad you were smart about it and started the habit early <3

Even with good insurance in America, the best treatment I got was 'heres some pain meds, now pay $60 to walk on a treadmill in physical therapy'. The emergency room was the same. 4 hours waiting there for $800, just for pain meds. Save yourself the lazy tax, learn from my mistakes, get up and move.

Not only did I pinch my nerve, this last week I had pain so unbearable that I couldn't walk. Would go to use the bathroom and would end up on the floor sobbing and unable to move. I got X-rays, an MRI, a later trip to the emergency room. All of which told me exactly what I already knew.
