All the people complaining about needing to watch TENET twice because it was too hard to understand should be made to watch Primer so they can get a sense of perspective.

I understand this, but I don't think it contradicts the point that there will be some alcohol left unless you're baking or boiling something for ages, at which point Richard's chicken will be overdone and dry.

Also, 75° is the point at which chicken is cooked. But it's still true that orange juice is probably more alcoholic than Rich's perfectly cooked chicken casserole

But when you cook things in the oven, the temperature goes above 100°, but the water doesn't all immediately become steam leaving a dried husk of food. Doesn't the same logic apply?

I hope Mark chooses Prey as it's a bold, uncynical and fresh approach to a franchise that had become anything but. I'll watch Buried as I've not seen it before and feel like having some new anxiety dreams.
