Also concerned his recent comments that he'd have won Minneaota three times if our elections weren't fraudulent is setting the stage for ICE doing sham ID checks and falsely reporting fraud at our polling stations. Illegal, but the damage would be done before it can go to court.

Guessing they didnt find any evidence of it in her her phone, social media, email, etc. They decided that announcing an investigation into "extremists ties" sounds better than announcing they were unable to find any such evidence. She was probably in some neighborhood ICE watch group and that's it.

I try really hard to not say I told you so to the people I know that wouldn't vote for Hillary in the general election because "nothing will change anyway" or "DNC screwed Bernie". Not really productive and we all need to come together and fight this.

No it is definitely not an excuse. I have always thought those conditions help fascists by convincing people it's some other group's fault. But maybe that is just harnessing the racism that was already there and the leader "othering" groups doesnt make a difference.

If it gets so bad that it causes a noticeable exodus of people leaving the country, they will surely start trying to freeze bank accounts and steal people's money to not allow then to take it with them.
