Idk about 3 gen ryzens on the used market, but the 30 series are weirdly way cheaper than other used cards in my region. So it's a good call to get a 3080 ti or 3070 if you can manage the 8gb of vram.

It creates really saturated and contrasty colors, so use low opacity and dull colors for the shadows and lights

Very quick and dirty way of how I make the shadows and color pop.
Duplicate the shadow layer to an overlay folder. In the overlay folder, the bottom layer controls the light source color and the duplicate layers control the color of the shadows. And above everything, some color adjustment layers.

I tried to log in to my deviantart to check how things were going and apparently I can't login on any of the 3 browsers I have lol.
Zen, Firefox and Vivaldi all block JavaScript and cookies by default and deviantart doesn't allow me to login because of that
