Here for a long time, not for a good time
These pics are so weird when you imagine someone building this box and filling it with dirt for your little play pretend moment.

You could always volunteer time at a hospital instead? Do something real and meaningful for those people who have to pay more for healthcare?

Or, RESIGN.

Girl same. Are they longing for hereditary lords?

This is quite literally your fault. Your orchestrated vote with @kaine.senate.gov is why we won't get subsidies. You had all the leverage and tossed it aside. We will never forget, Mark.
November 14, 2025 at 11:49 PM
Notice how Mark will tell you over and over how bad Trump is. He hopes you won't notice he never tells you what he's doing about it.
And even when he tries it's horseshit like "I went to dinner at a steakhouse with some Republicans and talked to them."
November 14, 2025 at 11:04 PM
"the house should bring it to a vote" are you serious? You know they won't. You have got to stop blaming other people for your failure to get anything done. R-E-S-I-G-N.

Traveling to southwestern VA, where people really needed those ACA subsidies, should not be something you are considering at this time or at any time in the future. We hate you. Stay in DC with Warner and Schumer where you belong.
November 14, 2025 at 10:56 PM
Warner won't even deny it because he knows it's too risky to lie.
November 14, 2025 at 11:45 AM
MARK WARNER is a secret yes. Asked his buddy Tim Kaine to take this one.
November 14, 2025 at 11:44 AM
As another Virginian, you need to understand that they orchestrated this vote. Tim voted 'yes' as the 60th vote so that Mark Warner could vote 'no'. They are a team, and they did this to try to trick you because Mark is up for election in '26 and Kaine not until '30. Mark is 100% a secret yes.

(4) Trump is destroying the White House, using the military to fight peaceful protestors, claiming the power of the purse, ignoring court orders, illegally killing civilians we aren't at war with, destroying NATO, etc.

Don't tell me what's impossible for Dems to do when we're watching all that.
November 14, 2025 at 1:35 AM
(1) They chose ACA subsidies as their goal. If they knew it was unobtainable, then that was boneheaded.

(2) They didn't come away with another win like a promise on Epstein or reduced ICE brutality. Lack of creativity.

(3) They clearly used this to pump election day. People feel insulted by that.

Sounds like it's a good thing the base pushed them to do something instead of letting them get away with "well, we're in the minority, we have to let them destroy the constitution, what can you do?" And it's a good thing the base isn't satisfied with losing.
November 14, 2025 at 1:11 AM
Maybe you could have gotten something about this in the bill to reopen the government? Instead of surrendering all your leverage for nothing? Resign.
November 13, 2025 at 9:55 PM
It's hitting me how Trump always tries to distract from Epstein and the Dems are using Epstein as a distraction. 😂
November 13, 2025 at 7:34 PM
You chose to make the shutdown about the ACA subsidies. Maybe you could have pushed for something on common sense background checks instead? Or literally *anything* after making your constituents suffer for all that time?
November 13, 2025 at 4:08 PM
The chicken crisis is @kaine.senate.gov 🐔🐔🐔 He's clucking with your healthcare costs.
November 13, 2025 at 2:07 PM
Hard disagree. I have supported Don until this mess. He refuses to do anything to effect real change. He refuses to call for Chuck Schumer to be held accountable. Not a word on Tim Kaine. He is no different, and he would fall on the sword like Kaine did if instructed.
November 13, 2025 at 12:56 PM
Any comments on Tim Kaine? On Chuck Schumer? Boy, it's easy to take a principled stance when your colleague falls on the sword, huh? SPEAK UP.
November 13, 2025 at 12:53 PM
You voted 'no' for one reason: you are up for reelection next year and Tim Kaine isn't up until 2030. Easy test: you won't speak out against Tim Kaine or Chuck Schumer.
November 13, 2025 at 2:42 AM
The fact that they chose people not up for reelection means they knew that it would be unpopular and chose to do it anyway.
November 12, 2025 at 11:08 PM
Ah, the old "Don't blame him, he's incompetent!" argument. Did he engineer this or did he lose control of his caucus? The latter is *worse* because it means he can't be effective in future fights. He has to go.
