Why is it that Democrats have to over-analyze and over-explain any of their political actions while Republicans can lie at the drop of a hat, espouse hate and racism, willfully discriminate and try to take away rights and yet act like they are standing on the moral high ground?

My Congressman, Randy Feenstra (R-IA-D4) almost cried talking about his youngest daughter's graduation. Less than 24 hours later he voted to cut health care, food assistance and needed services to thousands. I wonder how many tears he shed? I venture to guess nary a one!
