As a streamer I let it go on too long because this person is a personal friend and my moderation team was also frozen because of that reason. I will do better about this in the future and I'm deeply sorry.

I have since taken the person to the side and very explicitly told them that this behavior and chat etiquette was not ok. My moderation team and I are working to avoid this kind of thing in the future. I value everyone who chooses to spend time in my channel.
