Again-all of this is relative-do what you can, when you can, as well as you can. Not everyone can do all of this and some of it or sometimes is better than nothing, done never. Love always wins ❤️

Make local friends-build community and do things to help people, let them do things to help you. Grow food in a garden, upcycle what you don’t need, recycle broken things. Find free or cheap things to do and save money. Spend money on what matters to you. Try to stay as healthy as possible.
