this sounds more sarcastic than it is, most people i've worked with do not want to give feedback on other people's work, esp if they're backend and you're frontend. i'm the only frontend so i really do appreciate any sort of peer review that i can get

a core childhood memory was waiting for a bus in Ottawa that just ... never came, and i ended up just having to walk all the way home. glad it's still the same!

i woke up with such clear memories and found it so funny i ended up making this drawing from the elements i remembered. its a nonesense image for a nonesense story

and my brain gave me a dream where it like, reused some vage aspects from the story but also "tried to fix it" but it was dream logic fixing so its even more nonsensical

ok so iv been doing a deep dive into this very cursed very whack old webcomics flipside w a friend and we basically read through it all together on discord

and people who dont think cybernetics are a cool goal for a protagonist to have aren't motivated to write a story set in that kind of setting. so instead we get UH NO CYBORGS WILL ACTUALLY BE AN UNDERCLASS
