What drugs was ICE Ross jacked up on?
WHY was he not drug tested per post gun-firing procedure? Why did he LEAVE an active crime scene? What drugs, weapons, contraband, etc were REMOVED from his home by 2 ICE 'friends' within hours after killing? What rodeo high was he on in prior on-job incident??
