When your mind spirals, give it a rhythm to follow.

Start at 100 and count backward by 7s.

Let your focus narrow to one thing: the next number.

It’s not about getting it perfect.
It’s about giving your brain a rope to hold.

Find a mirror. Look into your own eyes.

Stay there, just for a moment.

Say softly:

I’m here.
We’re okay.

Let your gaze become an anchor.
Let it remind you: you are never truly alone.

Let cold water be your ally.

Splash your face. Run your hands under it.
Or take a chilled sip and hold it in your mouth for a few seconds.

Cold water speaks directly to your vagus nerve:
You are safe now.

Gently shake out your hands.
Let your arms follow. Then your shoulders.

Bounce your knees. Wiggle your hips.

Let your body tremble the tension away.
There’s no right way — only your way.

Imagine a warm light just above your head.
Let it pour over you like honey — slow and golden.

It covers your skin. It moves into your heart.

This light is love. It knows you.
Let it stay as long as you like.

Let a soft hum rise from your throat.
Any pitch. Any sound. Just let it vibrate.

Feel the gentle buzz in your chest, your face, your skull.

This is your nervous system remembering safety.

Hum for one minute. Then rest.

Roll your head to one side. Then the other.
Move slowly, like seaweed in water.

No rush. No forcing. Just flow.

This is how we soften the edges.
This is how we come home to the body.

It is so important to remain grounded when the world around us is in chaos. Please remember to make a daily gratitude list and really FEEL into that gratitude. We help the planet by raising our vibes, not by dwelling in the darkness. It may seem empathetic to agonize, but it truly slows progress.✨💜
