Him, that pardon means none of those workers will receive a penny back that was stolen from them. Just like when Steve Bannon stole $20m for his “build the wall” scam, and Trump pardoned him - donors weren’t entitled to penny. Trump is essentially stealing the restitution of those robbed by “donors”

You are certainly not alone. The alleged shooter was recruited by the CIA to work in their "zero" unit...and what they did remains a mystery. The two West Virginia NGs were sworn in only a day or two earlier. And Trump was ordered to send them home by a judge..and he ignored the order.
