Oh no, the anniversary depression is real! It's so true. Or like finding something of theirs will make me cry. I found her Christmas stocking and broke down. 😭 I'm right there with ya girl. It does get easier to not cry with time. Still hurts but not as raw.

I have these problems too. My husband has gotten really good at pulling me out of my spirals. So now I help pull you out of yours.
Losing a pet is the fucking worst. I cried all day for like 3 days straight when we lost our cat. I was depressed for weeks but just ran out of tears to cry. ❤️
