It took an Instagram video of a chef getting home from work and microwaving her dinner for me to remember I hadn't eaten in 6 hours. Bean soup to the rescue. I mean, I wish I cooked myself gourmet meals every day. But sometimes it's just whatever's in the fridge?

I had surgery to remove endometriosis tissue about a year ago. It was helpful in reducing my overall pain levels. Yet the disease continues on. Sometimes, like now, the flare up of inflammation and exhaustion knocks me flat, and I'm reminded there is no cure. 🧵

It's winter re-potting and prep for the growing season. AKA I need extra therapy, can't afford it so I channel the energy into random plants. I'll wear a mask for a bit, pull it off and forget to put it back on. So of course I'm sneezing out dirt right now.
