The R370 SRD grant has had a great impact in helping individuals afford basic necessities. It has also proven to be a good foundation for implementing the Basic Income Grant in Mzansi.

This is exciting news and a step in the right direction, especially considering we haven’t had assistant teachers in classrooms for over a year.

Expect applications to open between 22 April 2025 and 9 May 2025 and interviews and contracting to take place between the 19th and 31st of May 2025.
