The Golem is a ship I enjoy flying in High and low security space, and as a missile bonused hull it fits my playstyle.

Fun to think of a lone pilot, flying through countless systems, fighting their way through and landing on some backwater, ship on fire, hull damaged, for repairs and respite.

Next, it was to try and figure out where I wanted to put it in the real world. Out of these three options I settled on the pier, as it fit with the idea of a marauder, falling from battle in the stars into the cold deep fjord for repairs.

How'd we get here? Well, first in game I pushed up all the graphics settings to max. Then, I grabbed probably 30 screenshots from the info window of the Golem, moving it around to get different angles. In these three we see how beautifully this ship renders.

Having a bit of fun with the latest @justabout.com challenge - envision EVE ships in the real world. I wanted to combine some of photography I had from Norway with a little bit of Space.

In EVE, there is an area of space called "Wormhole Space" (or J-Space). Wormholes are different than normal space, there are no static "gates" to get you out.
