I've been away because of an accident. My ND has helped me tremendously with my recovery. High DHA, specifically prenatal fish oil supplements, can really help with concussions. Oh, also Sunflower lecithin, Curcumin and NAC.

Assignment 4 has been here in Carlsbad. The weather has been awesome. Anyhow I got a burrito, found a Sprouts and I'm quite surprised by all the bike lanes out here. But on 55mph roads??? Oh California WTF? But yes, I suppose I've turned Bsky into my diary now.
