I've had the same little battery powered alarm clock for at least 20 years, and still use it if I'm home. It's convenient and means I can leave my phone in the other room. But I do use the phone as an alarm if I'm traveling.

I remember that year! I saw swarms of them in Bisbee a couple of weeks ago and it reminded me of that summer.

There are so many pretty butterflies in southeastern AZ, but these snouts are among my favorites because they are so odd and lovable.

The Great Mouse Detective is an excellent movie, but Robin Hood and The Rescuers are my top two. Bedknobs and Broomsticks is up there, too, but of course it's mostly live-action.
