I can go on and on, but I'll stop there, no one really tends to care. We all complain about it, but no one wants to change the root causes. Rather they would just go "hurr durr fat haha"

Oh! Public transit tended to be more accessible as well, since less people drove. We removed walkability and time, causing more sedentary styles of living, so maybe add greed and Gluttony to the list as well?

Understaffing makes it impossible to find someone to stand here while I go heat up food or get water- so I forgo eating unless I can get delivery, and I get something sweet to drink to help curb my crippling addiction to sugar thanks to all the additives in our food.

The advent of suburbs, which cut off walkability access to people, was another issue. It's also an issue of capitalism- I will literally get into trouble and written up if I leave my work area. I cannot even go grab water without someone having to stand at my desk due to safety.

People in the 40s and 50s were healthier because they had access to healthier foods, and local grocery stores were normally less than a block away. You also didn't need to work as much to sustain yourself comfortably.
