Yes, only because of an older node version. I will update it soon along with node.
But is there a reason eslint 9 did not support all of 18.x but only 18.18 onwards?

2/3 are marked as experimental. Arguably still better than using jsdom but it is difficult to defend using experimental features at work.
The other 1 is terribly slow.
