Ah, OK — I haven’t had enough coffee yet, apparently 😆 Yeah, it happens fairly often: I’d already changed my title once to try to avoid duplicating, but here we are 🙈

As you said yourself, titles do tend to get used multiple times, but if you really want to play “who used it first”, the T.A. Moore book was first released 6 years before yours was, so if anyone has the right to feel aggrieved, it’s probably them (and possibly Charles Dickens, tbf)…

I'm horrified by it - I mentioned it to Terry a few days ago, and he immediately pointed out a bunch of other names I've apparently repeated and then completely forgotten about. Why is this so hard?!
