Anti-biotics (3 rounds) made most of the pain go away. A ct scan revealed the cyst. Best of luck.

I had that, it was a nasty sinus infection (caused by a cyst in my sinus). Eventually it started hurting all the time. Had surgery two weeks ago to fix it.
