The money, the popularity, the overall status… it all became less & less important to me. The Lord had taken over me.

Joy came easier. Stress lessened - not to say I didn’t feel it.

& when I did - His presence was mightier than usual. He knew my love for Him but better yet …

Soon, my gf’s in faith were texting me when I needed it most. Times where I was doubting myself or God’s presence.

At. The. Exact. Moment. I. Needed. It.

God showed himself through others in so many ways & that feels less than His actual glorifying presence.

I didn’t wake up the next day & see miracles upon miracles. I woke up & I prayed. I prayed for forgiveness, I prayed that God knew the thankfulness we hold on earth for Him. I thanked him for all He continued to do for us; like make sure we had food on our tables.

My story started in a spirit of depression. After realizing I was walking into a path of destruction, I came to meet the Holy Spirit as I bowed down and wept. I cried & cried. Then - I slowly stopped. The joy that overcame me is still unexplainable & I long to feel that again…

Thank God for where He has taken you and the lessons you’ve learned (realistically as a believer or not… our experiences have shaped us into who we are today), and ask Him for a place of feeling and healing.
