Simple. Any country that does not join in sanctions should itself be sanctioned, including Turkey. No exceptions. The EU is increasing scrutiny of Turkey’s oil-storage facilities and considering sanctions on ports that it suspects are providing a backdoor for Russian fuel into Europe
