CBS News and CNN owned by the same far right loons is plenty bad enough of a prospect anyhow, right? That's why the terrible Netflix deal is the least worst of the two likely outcomes.

Netflix at least doesn't want Discovery (including CNN and the other cable channels). No I don't like them getting any of it, but the Skydance getting everything is far worse.
