He is digging around again -- not clear if its another book/or expanded paperback version. Was asking me all sorts of questions about why you hired Ken Starr. I told him I had no idea - I think he is doing some Trump-related digging too.

Like The U.S. was to Britian hence Taxation without Representation? My point. They can't be "Their own country" without the U.S. Permission.

They are a TERRITORY under U.S. Control.
"They have Resident Commissioner, with limited voting privileges. Delegates have a marginalized role in Congress and their constituents are not represented in Congress in the same manner as most citizens." YET they are citizens of the US.
