very good book, easy and quick to read, sharp commentary and a great buildup of suspense leading up to the reveal

like the premise and sci-fi of it all was not really explained but it was clearly not supposed to be that realistic so it was okay

if you like sci-fi check out octavia butler and ursula leguin! especially legion’s “lathe of heaven”, it’s short but so unique and thought-provoking
