A couple shots from The Pain Ladder, my next Quake project, with a focus on more vanilla-oriented runic/metal textures

Probably "I No Longer Fear The Ranger Guarding My Heel." While it was essentially just a slightly sadistic shitpost that only took a week or so, using prototype textures was so relaxing. Texturing is my least favorite part of mapping by far, so just focusing on doing whatever was nice.
